Sports have always been a major part of my life starting with soccer when I was very young. Throughout my life I played basketball, soccer, and tennis and was lucky enough to play varsity tennis in high school. I grew up in Fairport and graduated from high school here. For college I went to SUNY Oswego and Studied Business Administration while having a double minor in economics and Health Science.

Since starting my personal training career I have worked with many different people to achieve their goals. I found great joy helping anyone from the beginning of their fitness journey all the way to advanced clients trying to dial in on their performance.

I understand that exercise is difficult and not enjoyable for some people, that’s why my goal as a trainer at Push is to help people of all shapes and sizes achieve their fitness goals and to learn to enjoy exercise. Results will come, they just take time! Let me help you along your journey to a healthy and happy lifestyle!

What is your favorite part about being a personal trainer?

My favorite part of being a personal trainer is that I get to use the knowledge and skills I gained over the past few years and share that with others.

 

When did you realize you wanted to be a trainer?

I realized I wanted to be a trainer when I got into competitive powerlifting. I wanted to coach others to become there best not only in strength but in all aspects.

 

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? ​

Pepperoni Pizza

What is your favorite quote?

“Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face”-Mike Tyson

 

When you are not training what is your favorite thing to do?

I really enjoy playing games with my friend from college; we would play a lot of NHL ’17 together.

 

What chore do you absolutely hate doing?

Laundry, I always leave clothes in the washer and end up having to redo them.

 

What is your favorite exercise?

Barbell Deadlifts

 

What is your favorite month of the year and why?

December, I love the snow and I especially love obnoxiously singing Christmas music

 

What was the last thing you recorded on TV?

When the colts won the superbowl in 2007

 

If you could share a meal with any 3 individuals, who would they be?

Peyton Manning, he was my favorite football player and role model growing up.

Kevin Hart, I think he is too funny not to invite.

Dwayne The Rock Johnson, He is my fitness motivation and a great role model.

 

If you win the lottery, what's the first thing you buy?

 A 2017 BMW M5

 

Aside from necessities, what one thing could you not go a day without?

Music.

 

If you were a super-hero, what powers would you have?

I would want to have super intelligence so I could make tons of money

 

What three items would you take with you on a deserted island?

A pair of rayban sunglasses, a waterbottle, and a rope.

 

What actor/actress would play you in your life movie?

I would hope it would be Chris Evans.

 

What is your favorite book or movie?

 My favorite book series is the Alex Rider series by Anthony Horowitz

My Favorite Movie is Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark

 

Do you have any pets? names?

I have a small dog named Max, he’s a Chihuahua and Yorkie.

 

Who is the person that you have looked up to the most in life and why?

I really look up to my Mom. She’s and incredibly strong person and she’s always looking to help people

 

What is your dream place to visit?

My dream place to visit is Germany, specifically for the Nurburgring and the autobahn.

 

What makes you laugh the most?

My old college housemates. They are hilarious when all together.
