My name is Laura Holtby, I’m a wife and mother of 2 boys, group fitness instructor and personal trainer. My own journey through personal training has benefitted my life tremendously through weight loss, targeting specific areas of the body, overcoming the aches and pains of the physical body and simply allowing life to become easier. Proper diet and a simple commitment has changed my body and mind and my intention is to show you how too. The smallest changes lead to the greatest successes.
My goal as a personal trainer is to provide feeling of over all well being, re-newing energy and strength while creating a mind body connection that brings joy and vigor back to your everyday life. Gaining physical strength, maintaining a healthy heart and weight while reducing stress and tension build confidence. Confidence is a beautiful thing.

What is your favorite part about being a personal trainer?
The relationship between myself and the client. There is an accumulation of trust, respect, and genuine care. I love to see the growth, progression, and confidence take over and then see clients on the floor in their element make me proud.
When did you realize you wanted to be a trainer?
When I was training for my first figure competition. Training brought be focus and energy. I wanted to continue to learn about bodybuilding and train others to feel good about themselves and their strengths.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
New York Strip steak, sweet potatoes, and grilled Brussel sprouts

My Uncle Bobby. (Fr. Robert Millard) He battled prejudices and rejection as well as the worst disease of our time. He was the bravest man I have ever known.
