Throughout high school I was very active in sports. I played soccer, ran track, and even played lacrosse at the college level. Growing up in an Italian household, I was constantly surrounded by food and healthy food choices were not something discussed and very rarely practiced. I loved being competitive and sports kept me somewhat in shape, but I did not necessarily develop my love for fitness until my health took a dive. A little over three years ago I contracted an autoimmune virus known as fifths disease which forever changed my view of fitness. I no longer wanted to just look good, I wanted to feel good again. As I learned more about fueling my body with proper nutrition and exercise, I realized I wanted to help others do the same. For three years I have been helping people all over the United States and Canada as an online wellness coach. I have been Insanity Live certified for 2 years and have been teaching group fitness classes at PUSH for a little over 6 months. I am a full time stay at home mom to my daughter Reagan, and step daughters Ellie and Penny. I have lost 45 pounds during the course of my own journey and can't wait to help the PUSH community achieve all of their goals. My greatest accomplishment as a wellness coach has been helping my mom lose 25 pounds and my family develop healthier habits. I very much look forward to being able to work with all the amazing members at PUSH!
