Zumba Strong- Strong by Zumba is definitely more boot camp than booty shake- but Zumba regulars will love the party vibes.  It combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training.

RIP:   A barbell class that incorporates functional strength training.  Every movement plane is

 attacked using weights and bodyweights.  Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group exercise atmosphere. 

The WillPower Method® is the bodyweight barefoot conditioning program that athletes need and the calorie-burning cardio solution that mind-body practitioners have been searching for. It’s the practice that will give you an edge in every sport, athletic endeavor, and healthy lifestyle.

Revolution is a cycling program that brings the outdoor ride-inside.  Interval based cadence training takes your class through sprintes, hills and mountains to achieve results and personal goals.  But don't worry the instructor will guide you through it 

everyone cycles to their own pace and sets their own resistance level at all times.  REV is offered in both a 30 and 45 minute format. 

A circuit based workout that will get your heart pumping. All moves and exercises can be modified to vary intensity levels and abilities suitable for people of all ages. This class will incorporate cardio and strength training as well as working on preserving and/or increase range of motion. You will use weights, bands, and other functional equipment for a complete body workout. You will leave class energized and ready for the rest of your day!
